This is my father-in-law's recipe for Thanksgiving stuffing. We use it every year with his turkey recipe. Click here for Tom's Thanksgiving Turkey recipe.

3 loaves bread, cubed

1 cup onion, chopped

1 cup celery, chipped

½ can beer

2 – 4 small cans of chicken broth

Salt & pepper

1/3 jar sage (.43 ounce)

6 eggs

Let bread sit in metal pans for 3 days rotating a couple times a day to dry out. Combine with rest of ingredients, mixing together with your hands until it is a pasty consistency. Bread should be saturated and really wet. Stuff cleaned turkey & cook.

Place rest of stuffing in a casserole dish. Bake uncovered until firm for about 45 minutes after turkey is done cooking.
