Herbed Broccoli

This makes a nice side dish for dinner.


1 head broccoli 2 Tablespoons olive oil ¼ teaspoon dried basil leaves ¼ teaspoon dried oregano leaves ½ teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic, pressed 2 plum tomatoes, chopped



Prepare and boil broccoli. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Add basil, oregano, salt, garlic and tomatoes. Heat about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until hot. Pour over broccoli and mix gently.
