Besides my mint fudge (that I posted earlier in the yaer), I'm adding a few of the other chocolates that I make for the Christmas time.

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons butter
10 ½ ounce bag miniature marshmallows
8 ounces unsalted roasted peanuts
Cooking spray
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a sauce pan, melt chocolate chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Combine marshmallows and peanuts in a large bowl. Pour chocolate over marshmallows and peanuts. Fold together to coat marshmallows and peanuts with chocolate. Pour into backing dish and spread to even layer. Refrigerate to harden. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
