Mint Fudge

Everyone is always asking me for this recipe! It is super easy and so good. The flavor of the fudge can be changed by changing the mint chips and the Oreos. I've used peanut butter chips and added marshmallows, peanuts and caramel but mint is still the favorite.



12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips Half a bag Andes Mint chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 package Mint Oreos In a medium sauce pan on medium high heat, melt together the chocolate chips, mint chips and sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat. Spray a metal cake pan with cooking spray. Break 1 row of Oreos from the package into pieces and blend into the chocolate mixture. Pour into cake pan and spread out evenly. Refrigerate until hardened. Remove from pan and cut into bite-size pieces. Can be kept in the freezer until served.
