Frozen Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

I used to make these for my daughters when they were little. They are also a great adult snack that is lower in calories than store bought ice cream sandwiches.

Chocolate graham crackers

Fat free cool whip

Break a graham cracker in half and place a Tablespoon of cool whip in the center of one of the halves. Top with the other half of graham cracker. Wrap the cracker sandwich in saran wrap and place in the freezer.
