Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes

Jessica grilled again tonight! Aunt Carol's Cheesy Hashbrown potatoes went great with the ribs and green bean casserole.


1 bag frozen hashbrowns

1 stick butter

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 large finely chopped onion

8 oz sour cream

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Garlic salt

Pepper

Parsley

Mix ingredients together in a 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.


Note: I have been recently informed by my children that we do not add the onion or parsley because Camille doesn't like onions. We also put additional shredded cheddar on top before baking.
