Baked Fries

Last night, Jessica grilled up some metts, bratts & veggies while I made Baked Fries. It was delicious!


3 pounds russet potatoes

2 Tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons dried Italian herb seasoning

½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Preheat oven to 450°. Cut potatoes lengthwise about ¾ inch thick sticks. Place potato sticks to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning and salt. Toss again. Arrange potato sticks in a single layer on nonstick baking sheet or baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until potatoes are golden brown for 20 – 25 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes.
