Definitely a fan favorite in Cincinnati! If you can't get canned Skyline chili where you are, amazon has it or make the Cincinnati Style chili that I posted previously.
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can Skyline chili
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking dish. Pour chili over cream cheese. Top with cheddar cheese. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
