Sausage with Pepper & Onion

Another easy recipe. Sometimes I add mushrooms if I have them.

2 packages of Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, cut into 1 inch chunks on the bias
Onion, sliced into strips
Pepper, sliced into strips
Cook the sausage in a large skillet on medium high heat. Lower heat and add onion & pepper. Cover and let cook until onion & pepper soften.
Note: We often eat this with some sliced cheese.
