Party Rye Appetizers

Always a fan favorite!


1 pound ground beef

1 pound bulk pork sausage

1 pound Velveeta, cut into small pieces

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Party rye



Brown and crumble ground beef and sausage. Drain and add the cheese, oregano, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Mix all together well until the cheese is melted. Cool slightly. Spread on slices of party rye. Broil before serving.


Note: May be frozen in a single layer on a cookie sheet and then stored in plastic bags in the freezer.
