Grilled Boneless Pork Chops with Cilantro Sauce

The Cilantro Sauce from Bridgetown Finer Meats is so good on pork! It has a soy sauce base and does really well on the grill.

8 – 10 butterflied boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick

Marinate pork chops in cilantro sauce for a few hours to overnight. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill pork chops for 5 minutes on one side and 6 minutes on the other.

Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
