Grilled Barbeque Ribs

Jessica grilled again tonight! The ribs went great with the Cheesy Hashbrown potatoes and green bean casserole.


Pork ribs (about 1 pond per person)

Barbeque sauce

Place ribs on a cookie sheet and coat both sides with barbeque sauce and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.


Preheat the oven to 225° and cook ribs for 2 ½ hours. Remove ribs from oven, flip over on cookie sheet and cover with foil.


Increase the oven to 250° and cook the ribs for another 30 minutes. Remove ribs from oven and let rest with the foil still covering them.


Prepare grill to a low heat. Place ribs on the grill and coat with additional barbeque sauce. Cover the grill and let cook for about 15 minutes.
