Chicken Bacon Alfredo Roll Ups

These are really good and the girls love them. We don't have them often as they are not the healthiest option but a side salad would definitely help round out the meal.

1 box Lasagna noodles 1 - 1 ½ pounds chicken cooked and shredded 12 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 jars Alfredo sauce Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 13 inch and a 9 x 9 inch baking dishes with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the baking dishes with Alfredo sauce.

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and lay the noodles out on the counter in a line.

Spread 1 - 2 Tablespoons of Alfredo sauce over each noodle. Spread shredded chicken and bacon and spread evenly over each noodle and top with shredded cheese.

Carefully roll up each lasagna noodle and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat. (I fit 12 in the 9 x 13 dish and 8 in the 9 x 9 dish.)

Once they are all in the dishes, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
